Let’s make the official introductions: The core team consists of, of course, our beloved Mrs. Kitsiou, the decisive Kalliopi or – for us – Pipi Makedi, the hardworking Kerry Sinaiti, the creative Anna Katavolada, the well-traveled Dafni Santsak, the methodical Stavroula Katouni (whom we miss, as her work now keeps her away from research), the inventive Renia Rangelova and the author of this text, Martha Arvanitidou. Taking over from the patient Martha, I will add that this was only the beginning. The first eight members of the team breathed life into this common space for sharing ideas, knowledge, emotions and experiences. Our team now numbers 15 people, including the relentless Angeliki Koulianou, the determined Ioanna Drosaki, the responsible Eleni Bekou, the kind Eva Tsiantou, the impetuous Elaiza Tilsizoglou, and the measured Varvara Stefani.

Our team was formed in December 2021 and this year proudly closes a full year of research activity and does not intend to stop anytime soon…! We have now largely covered our first research goal, but new ideas and new questions seem to constantly spring up. Our basic motivations, the thirst for more answers that will create so many more new questions, and our love for the research process and for the team itself will keep us here for a while longer… And basically… we hope for a long time to come!
